If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messaging, we use your number and messaging consent only for the purposes disclosed when you opt in and for related customer communications.

Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos are uploaded to Google Drive using your Google account credentials. We do not store your Google password or long-term access tokens. Photos are stored in our troop's Google Drive and may be displayed publicly on our gallery page after review.

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and programs, including:

• Google OAuth: For authentication and photo uploads
• Google Drive API: For storing and retrieving photos
• Vercel: For website hosting
• Messaging, payment, and communications providers: To deliver requested communications, process transactions, and provide customer support

We do not authorize these providers to use text messaging opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for Scouting America members, customers, supporters, and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through customer-facing services without appropriate parental or guardian involvement or consent. Photos of Scouts are reviewed before publication and may be removed upon request.
