This Website is operated by Scouting America Troop 404, Boise, Idaho. The Website provides:

• Information about Troop 404 activities and events
• A photo gallery of troop events
• Photo upload functionality for troop members and families

When using our photo upload feature:

• You must sign in with a Google account
• You grant us permission to store and display uploaded photos on the Website
• You confirm that you have the right to upload and share the photos
• Uploaded photos are subject to review before being displayed publicly
• We reserve the right to remove any photos at our discretion

By uploading photos or other content to the Website, you represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to upload it

The Website uses Google OAuth for authentication and Google Drive for photo storage. Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Troop 404 and its volunteers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or inability to use the Website.
