2. Use of the Website

This Website is operated by Scouting America Troop 404, Boise, Idaho. The Website may provide:

• Information about Troop 404 activities and events
• Fundraiser, customer, subscription, and service information
• Customer communications and support
• A photo gallery of troop events
• Photo upload functionality for troop members and families
• Access to troop documents and resources

3. SMS and MMS Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Troop 404, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages related to the program or purpose described at the time you opt in. Messages may include service confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, account or payment notices, customer support messages, and other service-related updates. Promotional messages may be sent only when you have provided any consent required for those messages.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, service, and communication preferences.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. We may send one final confirmation message after your opt-out request.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@troop404boise.org.
• Carrier responsibility: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
